Klauber Machine & Gear Co. Logo

Founded in St. Louis, MO in the 1950’s, Klauber Machine & Gear (KMG) began as an industrial machinery sales company selling gear fabrication equipment. Eventually, the company began using their own machines to produce gears and related components for OEM customers. In 1985, KMG shifted its focus to manufacturing AC and DC fractional horsepower gear motors. By 1999, steady customer growth in the gear motor business caused KMG to out grow its facility in St. Louis and relocate to its current facility in Pacific, MO. Today, KMG continues to specializes in the design and manufacture of fractional horsepower gear motors, with only a small portion still dedicated to custom gear and component fabrication.
